Kattimerki Festival

The festival in Kaliana village is dedicated to the traditional sweet kattimerki — a pastry made of dough with cinnamon, sugar, and honey. Guests can expect a variety of local cuisine, including halloumi and anari cheeses, fresh bread, and traditional pies, as well as craft demonstrations such as zivania production, basket weaving, and jewelry making. In the evening, the program continues with live music and Cypriot dances in a warm, festive atmosphere.
