Handstand Practice

Inna Stadnik, instructor of hatha yoga, kundalini yoga, and nail standing, invites you to individual practice sessions. She has over two years of experience in deep work with the body, breathing, and inner overcoming.

Standing on nails is an ancient practice of awareness and strength.
Outwardly, you are simply standing. Internally, a transformation is taking place.
Five to ten minutes can give you more than an hour of meditation.

What the practice gives you:
• relieves stress and emotional blocks;
• Improves concentration and stability;
• strengthens the nervous system;
• brings you back to the "here and now";
• resets the mind;
• gives a surge of energy and confidence;
• helps overcome pain and fear — and reveal inner strength.
