Hot Sauce Festival

Think you can handle the heat? The temperature is rising at Brewfellas with the first ever Hot Sauce Showdown — a one-day festival dedicated to Cyprus’ best hot sauces!

What to expect:
Taste all the hot sauces produced in Cyprus — over 35 varieties!

• Fire Breath Hot Stuff

• Pepper Addict Cy in collaboration with @Radical Way Brewing

• Fire Alchemy by Freyia Labs

Home brewers making their own sauces in their kitchens are also invited to bring their secret recipes and share them!

Vote and help determine:

• Cyprus’s best hot sauce

• Best homemade hot sauce

Finally, all participants will be entered into a prize draw: two winners will receive a set of three hot sauces and a voucher for five pints of beer at the Brewfellas stand at the Sia Chili Fest 2025.
