Weather Forecast for Cyprus on September 10: Sunny with Showers in the Mountains
According to the Meteorological Department of the Republic of Cyprus, on Tuesday, September 10, the region will be affected by low pressure and a relatively unstable air mass.
In the morning, after the fog clears, most of the island will enjoy mainly sunny weather, although there may be periods of increased local low cloud cover. In the afternoon, clouds are expected to bring isolated showers, particularly in the mountains, inland areas, and some northern regions.
Daytime temperatures are forecast to reach 36°C in inland areas, 31°C on the western and southwestern coasts, around 33°C on the other coastal areas, and 26°C in the mountains.
By evening and overnight, the weather will be mostly clear, though some areas may experience patches of increased cloud cover. Later in the night and into the early morning, light mist or fog may form in some parts of the island.
Overnight, temperatures will drop to 20°C in inland areas, 22°C along the coast, and 17°C in the mountains.
Looking ahead, the weather in the coming days is expected to stay mostly sunny, although there will be periods of increased local cloud cover and afternoon showers, especially in the mountains, with possible rain in some inland and eastern areas.
Temperatures will remain stable and slightly above the seasonal average.
