Rain, Snowfall in the Mountains, and Coastal Storms Continue Across Cyprus on February 11
The Republic of Cyprus Meteorology Department reports that a moderate low-pressure system remains over the region on Tuesday, February 11.
This morning, the weather will be partly cloudy, with scattered showers and a chance of thunderstorms. Snowfall is expected in the higher mountain areas.

- Inland: Around 13°C
- Coastal areas: Up to 16°C
- Mountain regions: Around 4°C, with localized frost

- Inland: Dropping to 5°C
- Coastal areas: Around 7°C
- Mountains: Falling to -2°C, with continued frost
Tonight, conditions will remain partly cloudy, with rain gradually concentrating along the coastal areas, where isolated storms are possible.
As of the latest meteorological update, snow depth in Troodos has reached 13 cm, while Chionistra has recorded 10 cm.
No major temperature changes are expected before Thursday, with temperatures staying below seasonal averages. However, by Friday, a gradual warming trend is expected, bringing conditions closer to normal for this time of year.
