Clear Weather Expected in Cyprus on July 8, Up to 39°C
According to the Department of Meteorology of the Republic of Cyprus, on Monday, July 8, the region will be under the influence of seasonal low pressure.
In the first half of the day, the weather will be mostly clear, but in the afternoon, increased cloudiness is expected in the mountains.
The meteorological service forecasts that daytime temperatures will rise to 39°C in the interior regions, up to 36°C on the southeastern, eastern, and northern coasts, up to 33°C on the other coasts, and up to 30°C in the mountainous regions.
By the evening, the weather will remain mostly clear, although there may be a temporary increase in low cloudiness on the western coast. Temperatures will drop to 25°C in the interior, southeastern, eastern, and northern coastal regions, to 24°C on the other coasts, and to 20°C in the mountainous regions.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, local increased cloudiness is expected to develop, with isolated showers possible in the afternoon, mainly in the mountains. On Wednesday, isolated thunderstorms may also occur.
