A Spaniard and a Cypriot organized a “pharmacy of hard drugs” for the wealthy in Mykonos.

On the Greek island of Mykonos, two suspects — a citizen of Cyprus and a citizen of Spain — were detained for running a network of illegal distribution of hard drugs aimed at wealthy clients.
According to sources, the detainees created a real “pharmacy for the rich,” delivering banned substances directly to VIP villas, luxury clubs, and elite vacationers on the island.
The operation was carried out under the supervision of local police, who obtained key information about distribution routes and the patterns of “invisible” operations. However, details about the detainees, as well as the exact volumes and types of drugs, have not been officially disclosed.
The investigation highlights the growing threat of organized crime infiltrating resort areas, where high purchasing power and demand create fertile ground for drug traffickers.
Security remains a top priority for the Greek authorities, especially in popular tourist regions. Further information on the progress of the case, possible trials, and related operations is expected in the coming days.
