Brawl in Limassol: 20-Year-Old Suspect Arrested
An incident involving a group of young people occurred on Friday evening in the Agia Fyla area of Limassol.
According to police, a report of a conflict near a residential building was received around 21:35. Preliminary investigations established that a group of about seven individuals wearing masks and carrying weapons broke into a house where foreigners reside, attempting to attack them.
The residents managed to push the attackers out of the house and detained one of the participants. The others fled before the police arrived, having managed to damage two windows of the building.
An arrest warrant was issued for a 20-year-old resident of Nicosia, who has already been detained. Police are continuing their search for the other participants in the incident.
