Outdoor classes cancelled in schools due to dust storm
The Ministry of Education has introduced measures in schools due to increased concentrations of dust in the air.
All outdoor lessons, physical education classes, and any activities held outside have been cancelled in all educational institutions.
Students and staff are advised to remain indoors, keep windows closed, and minimize movement around the school. Special attention is being given to children with respiratory conditions and other vulnerable groups.
The ministry emphasized that each school is independently monitoring dust levels in its area, as conditions may change throughout the day.
If children feel unwell, the use of masks is recommended, and medical advice should be sought if necessary.
