KEO installs six modern fermenters at the Limassol brewery
KEO completed the installation of six new fermenters at the entrance of its brewery in Limassol, Cyprus, on November 11, 2025.

Four large tanks are 17 meters high, 4.5 meters in diameter, and have a volume of 1,600 hectoliters each. Two smaller tanks, 8 meters high and 2.3 meters in diameter, are designed for 150 hectoliters and intended for specialty beer production, where higher precision in process parameters is required.
The tanks are manufactured according to German standards and equipped with an automation and digital monitoring system. The monitoring program records key parameters in real time — temperature, pressure, and CO₂ content. Automated measurement and control instruments ensure stable conditions at all stages of fermentation and maturation, and the automatic cleaning and sterilization system eliminates human intervention and complies with sustainable development principles.
According to the company, the investment enhances the technological level of the brewery and promotes uniform quality of the final product, which for residents in Cyprus means more consistent quality and an expanded beer range.
