An apartment for €15.2 million in Limassol is the most expensive real estate deal in Cyprus in October
The ten most expensive property sales in Cyprus in October 2025 amounted to a total of €87.6 million, with the most expensive transaction being a three-storey apartment in the Potamos Germasogeias area of Limassol, sold for €15.2 million, according to Ask Wire and In-Cyprus.
Limassol dominated the list: eight of the ten most expensive sales were recorded in the Limassol area, with a total value of nearly €77 million. The remaining two transactions were registered in the free area of Famagusta, in Ayia Napa, with a combined value of approximately €11 million.
Of the ten most expensive sales, four concerned residential property — three apartments in Potamos Germasogeias and one house in Ayia Napa — with a total value of €31.9 million. Three transactions related to land plots, with a combined value of €16.9 million.
Ask Wire Managing Director Pavlos Loizou noted the decisive role of the Limassol area in the luxury real estate segment, where seven- and eight-figure transactions are most frequently recorded. Ask Wire emphasizes that the data are based on completed transactions and reflect the continued strength of Cyprus’s luxury property market.
