In Cyprus, a 19-year-old motorcyclist is in critical condition after an accident
A serious accident involving a 19-year-old motorcyclist occurred in Cyprus. The young man crashed into a car. Doctors assess his condition as critical.
According to the police press service, the accident happened yesterday evening, around 20:00, on Ayios Pavlos Avenue in the suburb of Ayios Dometios, Nicosia. Under yet-to-be-clarified circumstances, the motorcycle, driven by a 19-year-old biker, collided with a car driven by an 84-year-old man.
As a result of the accident, the young man sustained serious injuries: he was taken to the general hospital of Nicosia, where doctors are fighting for his life.
The circumstances of the incident are being investigated by the police.
