On December 20, cloudiness will increase in Cyprus

According to the Department of Meteorology of the Republic of Cyprus, on Wednesday, December 20, the region is affected by weak high pressure, and from tomorrow, weak low pressure is expected.

Today, in the first half of the day, the weather will be predominantly clear, although later in some places, high clouds will increase. The wind will be north-easterly and south-easterly, ranging from weak to moderate. According to the meteorological forecast, the daytime air temperature will rise to 21°C in the inland and coastal areas and to approximately 10°C in the mountainous regions.

By the evening, the weather will be predominantly cloudy with high clouds, but later, increased middle cloudiness will appear. The air temperature will drop to around 9°C in the inland areas, 12°C on the northern coast, 13°C on the rest of the coast, and about 6°C in the mountainous regions.

On Thursday afternoon, the weather will be predominantly cloudy with isolated rains, and from early evening, these phenomena will intensify with local rains and thunderstorms.

The temperature on Thursday will decrease slightly but will remain slightly above average climatic values, with no significant changes expected until Saturday.
