Bone Marrow Donor Needed for 18-Month-Old Boy in Cyprus
In the town of Polis Chrysochous, Cyprus, efforts are underway to find a bone marrow donor for 18-month-old Neophytos from Paphos.
Volunteers are encouraged to come forward on Thursday, September 12, to provide a saliva sample in hopes of finding a compatible donor. The sample collection will take place at 5:00 PM at the Municipal Cultural Center, and the entire process will only take about 5 minutes.
Eligible donors must be between 18 and 45 years old and in good health.
Earlier this week, a similar donor drive was held by the APOEL football club's fan association in Paphos, gathering support for Neophytos' cause.
