Paphos Airport Expansion Project to Be Presented in Cyprus
The managing company of Cyprus airports, Hermes Airports, has submitted an application for urban planning approval for the expansion of Paphos International Airport to enhance its role as a key air gateway.
As part of the urban planning approval process, the airport management has commissioned a study to assess the environmental impact of the proposed expansion projects.
The municipality of East Paphos has announced that a public presentation of the project will take place today, October 29, at 6:00 PM in the Timis event hall.
According to relevant legislation, the developer is required to conduct public consultations and a presentation prior to submitting the study. This process allows local authorities and the public to provide feedback and suggestions regarding the potential environmental impact of the project.
Following today’s public presentation, interested members of the public are encouraged to send their comments and suggestions to the email address [email protected] by November 19.
