Cyclone Coral Continues to Impact Cyprus: Weather Forecast for February 24
According to the Meteorology Department of the Republic of Cyprus, the cold Cyclone Coral will continue to affect the region on Monday, February 24, bringing a sharp drop in temperatures and stronger winds.
The morning will be partly cloudy, but skies are expected to clear gradually in the afternoon.
Today's Forecast:
- Daytime temperatures will reach around 10°C inland, 12°C along the coast, and 0°C in the mountains, where frost will persist.
- In the evening, the weather will remain mostly clear. Temperatures will drop to 0°C inland, 2°C along the coast, and -8°C in the mountains, where freezing conditions will continue in some areas.
- As of this report, Troodos had five centimeters of snow.
Outlook for Tuesday and Wednesday:
Skies will be partly cloudy, with some areas experiencing overcast conditions. Temperatures will gradually rise, returning closer to seasonal averages.
