New Attack on Food Delivery Driver in Cyprus
A food delivery driver in Cyprus was attacked and robbed recently. This time, six individuals assaulted and stole from the driver in Larnaca. The attackers are currently being sought by authorities.
According to the police press office, the incident occurred on Thursday evening in the Kiti area. The 27-year-old victim reported that, while on a work trip, he was stopped by six people. They used physical force to push him and stole his mobile phone and motorcycle. After the attack, the assailants fled the scene.
The victim has filed a complaint with the police, and the case is being investigated by officers from the Kiti Police Station.
In recent months, there has been a rise in crimes targeting delivery drivers in Cyprus, particularly in Limassol. It is suspected that many of these incidents may be racially motivated.
