Three Applications Received for Yacht Marina Construction Tender in Paphos
Three financial organizations have submitted applications for the tender to provide consulting services for the construction of a yacht marina in the Potima Kissonerga area of Paphos.
The open tender to select consultants for the preparation of tender documentation for the future construction of the marina was announced by the Council of Ministers on October 4. The tender will conclude with the search for an investor to develop the Paphos Marina project.
According to Paphos Governor Georgos Mavrocostas, the tender announcement was expected in early August, but there was an issue with the documents, which were sent to the legal department for refinement.
The deadline for submitting applications through the electronic procurement system was December 18. Three economic operators have submitted their applications.
According to the Ministry of Construction, the tender evaluation committee has already been appointed. The selected experts will be responsible for preparing tender documentation to find a strategic investor for the project's development.
