Hoteliers of Famagusta Expect a Successful Summer Season

The upcoming summer tourist season inspires optimism. This was reported by the Chairman of the Famagusta Region Hoteliers Association, Panayiotis Konstantinou.
According to him, despite the traditionally challenging period for tourism after Christmas, the first signals ahead of the new season, which starts in early April, look encouraging. Most hotels in the region are preparing to open, and the flow of bookings is already assessed as stable.
Good momentum is observed across all major markets, especially from the United Kingdom, Poland, Israel, the Scandinavian countries, and Central Europe. In Konstantinou’s opinion, the region has every chance to “start the season on the right foot” and expects a strong summer.
At the same time, hoteliers maintain cautious optimism, taking into account the geopolitical situation in the Middle East, particularly around Iran.
