Simon Aykut's projects in Iskele presented to court, hearing postponed to July 8
The investigation into AFİK Group CEO Simon Mistriel Aykut continues in Cyprus, related to the Ceaser Beach and Ceaser Blue projects located in the TRNC.
During hearings held at the Nicosia High Criminal Court, a representative of the Greek Cypriot Land Registry presented the court with detailed information and a topographic map of the region affected by the projects.
According to the newspaper Haravgi, Land Registry officer Chrisovalanto Kyprianou submitted reports to the court including data on location, area, plans, and ownership of the plots.
A total of 23 reports on different projects were presented. Aykut's defense lawyer, Maria Neophytou, pointed out the incompleteness of the documents and requested a postponement of the hearing to study them. She also requested a copy of the submitted map.
The prosecution did not object to the postponement, and the next hearing was scheduled for July 8 at 09:15.
