Missing Hunter in Cyprus Found Dead
A missing hunter in Cyprus has been found dead. The search for the elderly man was assisted by search and rescue dogs from the K-9 fire department.
According to local media reports, the elderly man went hunting in the Stavrovuni area and lost contact on Wednesday evening. A rescue operation to find the missing person began around 17:00. With the help of search and rescue dogs, the man was located in the Stavrovuni area, but by that time, he was already unconscious.
After providing initial aid, the injured man was transported by ambulance to the main headquarters of the emergency rescue services in Larnaca. Unfortunately, doctors were unable to help, and they confirmed the man's death.
Preliminary information suggests that the elderly hunter died of natural causes. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.
