Stefanis chain is building the largest store in Larnaca
The Stefanis chain has announced the construction of a new large store on Spyros Kyprianou Avenue in Larnaca. Work has begun, and the opening is scheduled for 2027, according to the company’s official announcement.
The new store will be located near the port junction, three minutes' drive from the current Stefanis branch. The retail area will be 2,500 square meters across two levels. A separate third floor will house a 1,000-square-meter warehouse; the total building area will reach 3,500 square meters.
The first floor will feature a covered free parking area for 52 cars. Access to the retail space will be provided via elevators and escalators. The store will include all major technology categories: mobile phones, computers, TVs and audio equipment, gaming products, power systems, household appliances, and seasonal items.
The company notes that it continues its development strategy and service quality improvement in Cyprus. Previously, the largest Stefanis store opened in 2023 in Engomi, Nicosia. The chain has been present in Larnaca since 2005; the new investment, according to the company, is aimed at meeting the long-term needs of the city’s residents.
