Meteorologists are predicting rain and thunderstorms with hail: weather in Cyprus on December 11th

According to the data from the Meteorology Department of the Republic of Cyprus, on Monday, December 11th, the region will be affected by weak low pressure.

The weather today will be predominantly cloudy with local rain and isolated storms, starting in the west and spreading across the rest of the island. Hail is possible during thunderstorms.

According to the meteorological forecast, today's daytime temperatures will range from up to 18°C in the inland areas, up to 21°C on the southern and eastern coasts, around 19°C on the western and northern coasts, and down to 8°C in mountainous regions. Winds in the first half of the day will blow from the northeast to the southeast, ranging from weak to moderate.

By evening and night, the weather will become overcast. Temperatures will drop to around 9°C in the inland areas, about 13°C on the southern and eastern coasts, around 12°C on the western and northern coasts, and down to 3°C in the highlands, where frost is expected in some places.

On Tuesday, periodically increased cloudiness will be observed, with isolated rain or even thunderstorms expected after noon.

The temperature on Tuesday will not change significantly, and until Thursday, it will gradually rise, fluctuating slightly above average climatic values.
