The condition of the five-month-old infant injured in a traffic accident in Geroskipou remains stable
The health condition of the five-month-old girl who was injured in a road traffic accident in Geroskipou remains serious but stable. This was reported by doctors at Makarios Hospital, where the child was taken immediately after the crash.
The accident occurred on Friday at around 08:30 in the morning. According to police, a car driven by a 63-year-old woman collided with a vehicle driven by a 48-year-old man.
In the back seat of the second vehicle were his 33-year-old wife and their two daughters, aged three years and five months.
As a result of the collision, the youngest child sustained the most serious injuries. She was urgently hospitalized and remains under constant medical supervision.
The circumstances of the accident are still being investigated, and police inquiries are ongoing.
