Three detained after anti-narcotics raids in Famagusta Province
A coordinated operation by the Anti-Narcotics Service was carried out today in Famagusta Province, Cyprus. Searches were conducted in residential premises to curb the circulation and storage of illegal substances.
In one of the houses, 860 grams of cannabis and 270 grams of cocaine were found. The owner of this house, a 48-year-old man, was detained under a court warrant.
During two other searches, two minors were detained. Cash, as well as used and unused nitrous oxide ampoules, were found in their homes.
The investigation continues under the supervision of the Famagusta Anti-Narcotics Service unit. Official authorities are carrying out further investigative actions.
