At the end of 2023, the average monthly earnings in Cyprus increased by 6.2%
The Statistical Service of Cyprus (Cystat) published a report showing an increase in the average gross monthly earnings of employees in the fourth quarter of 2023 compared to the same period in 2022. According to the report, incomes increased by 6.2%.
The average gross monthly earnings in the fourth quarter of 2023 are estimated at 2,693 euros, compared to 2,535 euros in 2022.
Adjusted for seasonal fluctuations, the average gross monthly earnings in the fourth quarter of 2023 are estimated at 2,402 euros, showing a growth of 1.6% compared to the same period in 2022.
The average gross monthly earnings for men in the fourth quarter of 2023 are estimated at 2,884 euros, and for women - at 2,452 euros.
Compared to the fourth quarter of 2022, the average monthly earnings of men and women increased by 6.7% and 5.5%, respectively.
