Larnaka 2030 Co-creators Assembly to be Held on March 28–29
The Larnaka 2030 Co-creators Assembly will take place on March 28–29, 2026, at the St. George's Lyceum in Larnaca. The event is organized by the Larnaka 2030 project in collaboration with the "Mikis Theodorakis" Larnaca Music School.
This two-day gathering is dedicated to presenting, understanding, and enriching the Artistic Programme of Larnaca's candidacy for the European Capital of Culture 2030 title. The program includes presentations of approved projects, introductions to working groups, and discussions on implementation methodologies.
The assembly is aimed at independent artists, creative collectives, cultural organizations, youth groups, and residents. The second session aims to select and develop new ideas through interaction between interested creators and existing project working groups.
The first day (March 28) focuses on presentations of approved projects and networking sessions. The second day (March 29) is dedicated to presenting new ideas and collective proposal development, featuring three-minute pitches and targeted co-development sessions.
Participation requires pre-registration by Friday, March 20, 2026; the event will be held in Greek. Interested participants are expected to study the Larnaka 2030 final candidacy bid book, with particular attention to Chapter 2, dedicated to the artistic vision and program structure. Those who do not register will be able to participate in the 2027 Co-creators Assembly.
