The Artist's Park "Mediterranean" has reopened after reconstruction in Larnaca
In the Turkish quarter of the old city in Larnaca, the Artist's Park "Mediterranean" has reopened after restoration and modernization. Art workshops are located in the vicinity of this public space.
During the reconstruction, which cost almost a million euros, one part of the outdoor public space was transformed into a square, while the other was landscaped with trees and shrubs. The total cost of the work was 994,440 euros. Part of these funds was received from the European Union.
In addition, as part of the modernization of the "Mediterranean," a lighting system has been installed, and street furniture has been set up. It is planned that the new park will host exhibitions of works by artists and sculptors, as well as concerts and theatrical performances.
