52-Year-Old Man Killed in Traffic Accident in Larnaca
In Larnaca, police are investigating the circumstances of a fatal traffic accident that occurred in the evening.
The accident happened around 19:30 on Ellados Avenue in the Aradippou area. A 52-year-old man driving a car collided with another vehicle driven by a 68-year-old driver. A 34-year-old passenger was also in the other car.
Police and firefighters arrived at the scene and extricated the victim from the vehicle. He was taken to Larnaca Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.
The other participants in the accident were also hospitalized: the driver remained under observation, while the passenger was discharged after receiving treatment.
The investigation is ongoing.
