In the sky above Nicosia, fighter jets will be flying for two days
In the sky above Nicosia, air exercises involving military fighter jets will take place. Aircraft will be flying over the city for two days.
According to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Cyprus, the exercises, as part of the implementation of the annual military cooperation program with friendly countries, will take place during the day and evening hours on February 20 and 21.
The maneuvers will be conducted within the Nicosia FIR. They include fighter jet flights as well as the practice of incidents involving air defense. The exercises involve the air and ground forces of the National Guard.
