Two fires broke out in Nicosia overnight — house and car destroyed
Two fires occurred after midnight in the Nicosia district.
According to the police, a report was received around midnight regarding a fire in a residential house in Geri, owned by a 33-year-old man. The house was completely destroyed by the fire.
About an hour and a half later, around 01:40, information was received about a vehicle fire in Peristerona. The car, owned by a 35-year-old woman, was also completely destroyed by the flames.
The causes of both fires have not yet been determined — the investigation is ongoing.
