In Paphos, the house of the prosecutor was bombed
A bomb exploded in the residence of a judicial official in Paphos. As a result of the incident, one person was injured.
According to the police press service, the explosion in the apartment of the judicial officer occurred yesterday evening, around 22:00, in the Anavargos area. Personnel from the police department in Paphos were alerted and promptly responded to the scene.
According to preliminary information, the house where the explosive device went off belongs to a 58-year-old female prosecutor. As a result of the explosion, one person was injured and was transported by ambulance to the general hospital in Paphos.
The crime scene is cordoned off by the police, who are conducting a thorough investigation.
