In Cyprus, the partnership between the European Union (EU) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) will be celebrated. The events will take place in Bandabulya, the walled old town of Nicosia, throughout June.
In a statement published by UNDP, it is noted that the collaboration between the two organizations in Cyprus for over two decades has played a crucial role in peacebuilding and development.
"To mark this partnership, events will be organized in Nicosia throughout June in the walled city. The events, including discussions, exhibitions, virtual tours of cultural heritage sites, and numerous activities for children and youth, will take place at Bandabulya, the oldest covered market in Nicosia, part of the Nicosia Master Plan and one of the most important projects of the EU-UNDP partnership," the statement said.
