Traditional Cypriot village of Agros

Located in the Troodos mountain range, in the Pitsilia region of Limassol district, the village of Agros sits at an altitude of 1,100 meters above sea level. Location.

The layout of this picturesque village resembles a theater surrounded by mountains. Agros is set in stunning surroundings with panoramic views of the forest, making it an ideal destination for agro-tourism. It has preserved its traditional character and customs and cultivates a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.

The village is famous for rose cultivation, as well as the production of cured meats (sausages, "Lountza" and "Hiromeri"), homemade marmalade, and sweets. Visitors can see these traditional activities in local workshops, where rose oil is distilled, sweets are made, and meat is processed.

The Christmas fair operates from 22 November 2025 to 22 December on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

From 23 December 2025 to 6 January 2026, the Christmas fair operates daily.
