How to Make an Appointment at the Immigration Office

Documents are submitted by prior appointment through the official portal. Follow the link and select your preferred city, date, and time for document submission.

After selecting a date, you will receive a confirmation email. You must bring a printed copy of the confirmation and a complete set of documents for the Visitor Residence Permit (Pink Slip) appointment.

Important: Appointments open several weeks in advance. Slots may not be available in the next few days, so plan ahead. If no appointments are available, try choosing a different city or refreshing the page in the morning — new slots often appear at that time.

Tips Before Submitting Documents

• Check the validity of your passport. It must be valid for at least 6 months after the submission date.
• Print all confirmations. Booking confirmation and fee receipts are best kept in paper form.
• Arrive early. It’s best to arrive 15–20 minutes before your appointment — queues form in advance.
• If you are applying for the first time, check whether a separate bank deposit certificate is required (requests may vary in different regions of Cyprus).
