TRNC Telecommunications Department Warns Debtors of Internet Disconnection
The Telecommunications Department of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) has issued a warning to debtors about upcoming service interruptions. Customers who fail to settle their outstanding debts by May 15 will have their voice calls, data transmission, and internet services suspended.
According to the Telecommunications Department's statement, any unpaid debts as of March 31, 2025, must be cleared by May 15. Furthermore, customers who have failed to pay for services for more than 12 consecutive billing periods (beginning from the end of April 2024) will have their lines canceled, and subscriptions will be terminated.
To avoid service disruptions, customers are encouraged to make payments by visiting their nearest telecommunications office or bank branch.
