Royal Voices: Nicosia to Celebrate World Choir Day with a Grand Concert
The choirs of the Municipal Orchestra of Nicosia (Lefkoşa Belediye Orkestrası, LBO) will celebrate World Choir Day with a festive concert to be held on Tuesday at the Atatürk Kültür ve Kongre Merkezi (AKKM) of Near East University.
The concert will begin at 19:30. Several LBO ensembles will take the stage:
- Minörler Korosu
- Mezzolar Korosu
- Çoksesli Gençlik Korosu (youth polyphonic choir)
- LBOFEM women’s vocal group (LBO Kadın Vokal Grup)
The orchestra invites residents and visitors of the capital to spend the evening in an atmosphere of live music and choral sound, celebrating World Choir Day together with the artists of the municipal stage.
