Dikmen Municipality Fines Polluters of Picnic Area
The authorities of the Dikmen Municipality have fined individuals caught dumping waste in the Boaz picnic area.
According to the municipality's statement, a fine of 27,587 TL was imposed by Dikmen police on a person who disposed of livestock waste on vacant land in the specified area within the municipality's boundaries.
Another individual who threw a cardboard box and packaging with expired cookies onto the roadside while driving on Şehit Sonay Özdayi Street was also fined 27,587 TL.
Police units from the Dikmen Municipality collaborated with the Boaz police station to identify the individuals in question, ensure the cleanup of the litter, and collect the fines.
