Asphalt Paving Underway on the Road to Ercan Airport
Asphalt paving has begun on the main road leading to Ercan Airport in Northern Cyprus, with work scheduled to continue from February 5 to 14. Drivers are advised to take this into account when planning their routes.
According to the TRNC Department of Highways, the paving will take place between the first and second roundabouts near Ercan Airport and the entrance to the tunnel.
During the construction period, traffic on affected sections will be managed in a controlled manner, with vehicles directed through open lanes.
Motorists using this route are urged to follow speed limits, maintain a safe distance, and pay close attention to road signs and markings.
