An online form for complaints against unlicensed real estate agents has been launched in Northern Cyprus

The Real Estate Association of Northern Cyprus (Kıbrıs Türk Emlakçılar Birliği) announced the launch of a new online form for submitting complaints against unlicensed real estate agents, fraudsters, and unscrupulous intermediaries.
Through a dedicated page, users can fill out the form by providing their contact details, describing the circumstances of the violation, and, if necessary, attaching documents or photos. All submissions will be reviewed by the association, and in cases of serious violations, the materials will be forwarded to the competent authorities.
The initiative aims to increase transparency in the real estate market, protect citizens' rights, and combat illegal activities in this sector. The association emphasizes that the creation of such a tool will allow residents to respond more quickly to cases of fraud and will help strengthen trust in the market.
