Yet another fatal accident has occurred in Northern Cyprus. In a crash on the main Gönyeli – Bogazköy road, a 24-year-old young man lost his life.
According to the police press service, the accident happened today around 14:00 on Atatürk Street on the main Gönyeli-Bogazköy road. The 24-year-old driver of the sedan, Ammar Yasir Babiker Dafaalla, lost control while making a left turn and crashed into a cypress tree on the side of the road. No further details about the tragedy are provided.
The driver passed away at the scene of the incident. The investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing.
