Drunk Driver Causes Three-Car Accident in Gönyeli
An intoxicated driver caused a chain-reaction crash involving three vehicles on the main Boğazköy - Gönyeli road.
According to the police press service, the accident occurred last night around 9:00 PM at the Oray Sitesi intersection.
A 51-year-old driver, under the influence of alcohol, collided with the car in front of him that had suddenly slowed down. The impact caused that car to continue moving and crash into a pickup truck also traveling in the same direction.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident. A criminal case has been initiated against the drunk driver, and the investigation is ongoing.
