Permission to acquire real estate in the TRNC granted to another 438 foreigners
The Council of Ministers of the TRNC has granted permission for another 438 foreign citizens to acquire real estate. The decision was published in the "Official Gazette".
According to the document, out of the 438 individuals granted the right to purchase real estate in Northern Cyprus, 417 are citizens of Turkey, while 21 are representatives of other countries.
"The Council of Ministers, in accordance with Law No. 52/2008 'On the acquisition of immovable property and long-term lease (foreigners),' decided to issue the necessary permission to 438 foreign citizens, 417 of whom are citizens of Turkey, and 21 are citizens of third countries, whose names and information about the real estate they wish to purchase are listed in the application attached to the petition," the document states.
Recall that earlier in January, the Council of Ministers of the TRNC issued a similar permission to 379 foreigners.
