Son of Ugandan President demands $1 billion from Turkey and threatens to sever ties

The Commander of the Ugandan Armed Forces, Muhoozi Kainerugaba, son of the country's President Yoweri Museveni, has sparked a wave of criticism following sharp statements on social media.

In his post, he issued a demand to Turkey, stating that the country must pay at least 1 billion dollars for dialogue to begin.

Furthermore, Kainerugaba threatened that if the demands are not addressed, diplomatic relations between the countries could be terminated within 30 days.

In his statements, the general also expressed support for Israel, declaring readiness to send up to 100,000 Ugandan troops to protect the "Holy Lands."

Kainerugaba's remarks quickly drew a widespread reaction on social media, where users criticized his statements and called on the authorities to respond to the situation.
