Air Temperature in the TRNC on August 6 Will Remain Within Climatic Norms

According to the TRNC Meteorology Department, on Tuesday, August 6, the region will continue to experience low pressure and hot, humid air. Forecasters predict clear, slightly cloudy weather without precipitation. The air temperature will remain within climatic norms. The hottest weather today is expected in Nicosia, Ercan, and Geçitkale, with temperatures reaching up to 39°C, while on the northern coast, it will range between 31-34°C.

The wind will be of moderate strength from the southwest. No storms are expected today.

Two meteorological warnings are still in effect in Northern Cyprus. The risk of natural fires remains very high in the country.

The ultraviolet radiation level is also very high.

You should not stay in the sun for more than 10 minutes, especially between 11:00 and 16:00, without taking necessary precautions.
