On Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day, Turkish military ships will arrive in Northern Cyprus
On May 19th, in honor of Atatürk, Youth, and Sports Day, military vessels belonging to the Turkish Navy Command will be open to the public for visits at ports in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
Especially for the holiday, TCG Meltem (P-334), TCG Doğan (P-340), and TCG Doğanay (S-351), which are combat units of the Turkish Republic Naval Forces Command, will arrive at the ports of Kyrenia and Famagusta.
The ships will be open for visits from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
According to a statement from the security forces command, TCG Doan (P-340) and the submarine TCG Doanay (S-351) will be stationed in the tourist port of Kyrenia. The missile boat TCG Meltem (P-334) will be in the port of Famagusta.
The visiting order for the military vessels is not specified in the command's statement.
