In a village in Northern Cyprus, a dog killed 12 sheep
An incident occurred in Northern Cyprus where a dog attacked the livestock of one of the households. The aggressive animal tore apart more than a dozen sheep.
According to local media reports, the unfortunate incident took place in the village of Bostancı. The dog attacked the sheep of a local resident named Ahmet Aydar. As a result of the incident, 12 sheep were killed. Preliminary estimates suggest that the farmer suffered losses of approximately 120,000 Turkish lira.
Representatives of the judicial department in Güzelyurt are investigating the case. They are also working to determine the ownership of the aggressive dogs, which will be established through surveillance camera footage.
