Man arrested in Famagusta with blood alcohol level of 261 milligrams
According to the police press office, on September 25, 2025, at around 22:00, M.T. (male, 31) was arrested on İsmet İnönü Boulevard in Famagusta, Northern Cyprus.
It was determined that the detainee’s blood alcohol content was 261 milligrams. According to the police, the intoxicated man was shouting loudly without any valid reason, thereby disturbing public order.
M.T. was arrested for the offense. A police investigation against him is ongoing.
