Traditional shadow theater performed for children in Iskele
As part of the 15th Culture and Art Days of the Iskele Municipality, children met with theater actor İzel Seylani at the İskele AKM Cultural Center.
According to the Iskele Municipality, the traditional shadow theater performance "Karagöz Yaban Rüyası" was presented to local schoolchildren. The play was prepared specifically for students attending schools within the municipality.
The production featured İzel Seylani and Hüseyin Kasapoğlu and drew significant interest from the young audience. It is reported that the performance will be repeated tomorrow so that even more children can attend.
The 15th Iskele Culture and Art Days kicked off on March 6 with a creative meeting featuring famous Turkish writer and musician Zülfü Livaneli. The festival includes various cultural events, meetings, and performances, and will continue until March 31.
