Drunk Driver Hits Parked Car at Near East University Campus in Nicosia
A traffic incident occurred in Nicosia on the campus of Near East University.
According to police, the accident happened yesterday around 22:00 on the parking road near the university's car museum. The driver, M.A.S. (23), was operating vehicle LF 635 under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol level of 116 mg.
Driving carelessly, the individual crashed into a parked car with plate VR 695, damaging its front section.
No injuries were reported as a result of the incident; however, the driver was detained by the police.
